RETURN POLICY
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
All sales are final. However, we accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

The item arrived damaged.

You received the wrong item.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1) Contact Us:
Email us at lerhinestud@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
2)Approval & Instructions:
Once approved, we will provide a return authorization and the address for sending back your item(s).
3)Shipping the Return:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are only eligible for non-custom items, subject to availability, and must be approved via email prior to returning the item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
In the event of an approved exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including providing a valid tracking number for the return. The returned item must include all original packaging and the original invoice.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Due to the personalized nature of custom and made-to-order items, these cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
LE RHINESTUD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items not received due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
